Requests & quotes

Submitting the contact form is a request for a quote, not a booking. We review the details you provide and follow up with a price for the job. Any price we give is an estimate based on the information you share and may change if the actual scope differs (for example, more material, access issues, or hazardous items).

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details about the job and the site.
  • Ensure you have the right to have the items removed or the work done.
  • Tell us about hazardous materials in advance — we may not be able to handle certain items.

Text messages

If you tick the SMS box on our contact form, or text our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Garbage is Beautiful about your request. This is a customer-service program: we send confirmations, replies to your questions, follow-ups about a quote or a job, and a request for a review after work is finished. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.

  • Consent is not a condition of service. You can get a quote and have work done without agreeing to texts.
  • Message frequency varies with your interactions with us — there is no fixed schedule or recurring send.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment

Payment terms are as agreed for your job. Where we send an invoice, it is due by the date shown on the invoice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garbage is Beautiful is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
