What it costs
How much does junk removal cost?
It comes down to how much room your stuff takes up in the truck — and you get the real number, for your actual job, before anyone picks anything up.
There is no fixed price list, and we would rather tell you why than pretend there is. Two apartments with the same number of rooms can be a half-truck and a full truck. So we price what is actually there, and we tell you before we start — not after.
By the load, not the hour
The price follows volume — how much of the truck your load fills. It is how hauling is quoted across the trade, and it is the only unit you can actually estimate yourself before we arrive. We talk about it in truck fractions:
- A few items
- About a quarter of a truck
- About half a truck
- A full truck or more
Not sure which one you are? That is a normal answer and it is on the form — describe the pile or send a photo and we will size it.
The three things that decide your price
These are the same three questions we ask on the phone. Nothing else gets added behind them.
01
How much there is
The truck fraction above. The single biggest factor, every time.
02
Which service you need
Hauling a load out is not the same job as tearing out a kitchen or clearing a whole apartment.
03
Where the job is
We cover Brooklyn and Queens, New York City. Send your ZIP with the request and we will confirm before anything is booked in.
Nothing to pay to book
There is no deposit and nothing to pay to book — we price the job on-site before any work starts. You are not holding a slot with a card, and you are not paying for an estimate.
The rest of it
- Do you charge by the hour or by the load?
- By the load — the price follows how much room your stuff takes up in the truck, not how many hours we are there. We size it in truck fractions: a few items, about a quarter of a truck, about half, or a full truck or more. That is the number we come back to you with.
- Will the price change once you get here?
- You get the price before any work starts — that is the promise, and it is the reason we would rather see the job first. There is no deposit and nothing to pay to book. If the load turns out bigger or smaller than it sounded, you hear the new number before anyone picks anything up.
- Can you clear out my mother's apartment?
- Yes — estates, and clearing a place after someone has died or moved into care, are part of our cleanout work. We work through it room by room rather than as one big haul. Cost works like any other job: it comes down to how much there is, and you get the number before we start.

Tell us roughly what you have got and where it is. That is enough for us to come back with a price for the job.
